I’ve recently as a few days ago I started taking supplements such as BCAA and Amino tablets after training and ZMA before bed. Previously I just took whey protein. About a couple days after I started to have a fever.
A reaction to the supplements?

hmmm. Could be. But i highly doubt it. Go off the supps, and when your fever is over, try again.
no, building blocks of protein will not cause a fever
have you ever had a fever before? would you associate that with breathing oxygen? sounds silly but so does your question.
sorry, really not trying to be a jerk here ![]()
jehovas fitness, its not the protein or BCAA’s that cause an allergic reaction or fever. Its the stuff that the BCAA is packaged in. The tablet of Biotest bcaas contains compounds besides the protein.
He could be allergic or have problems with the ingredients used to make the tablet. Not the leucine, valine, isoleucine…etc.
i get a fever if i go crazy with bcaas

could be, most of the binder and filler in tablets are very well established as causing no reaction. It could just have been a coincidence. Many things are possible
