I’ve decided to go through the workout and for the second time focus on my weaknesses (i.e. more explosive than strong). Thus for the first phase concentric due back squat and high incline press from pins.

If you know even about training (and you do), it is easy to use the same type of structure with different exercises or methods to fit your specific goals
