Nice Work, Jack. That 345x14 probably felt like a whole day skiing, all by itself.

A 300 front squat is solid work.
Thanks folks!
3’s Day, Press, TM 150.
Press: 45 x20, 65 x5, 85 x3, 105 x3, 125 x3, 135 x9, 125 x8, 105 x10, 85 x10.

DB OHP: 50s x 8, 8, 8.
Gun Show: Cable Tris/Bis, lots of sets x 10.
Notes: Did this, now for some prime sirloin strips.
I haven’t done any Zerchers for a while but seeing that 350 up there had got me thirstin’ for some heavy Z-work.
GV, the heavy Z’s are where its at.
3’s Day, Deads, TM 405.
Deads: 45 x10, 135 x10, 225 x5, 275 x3, 325 x3, 365 x12, 325 x5, 275 x10.
Zerchers (from low pins): 135 x5, 225 x3, 315 x (miss) 315 x1.
GMs: 145 x10, 10, 10.
Notes: Deads wiped me out and I didn’t have much left for Zerchers. I had the pins set about as low as I could and still get under the bar and the first 315 attempt rolled on me and I missed it. The second one still felt really heavy so I shut it down there.
