Morning BW 205.0. Finally some movement.
I’m kind of in the same boat. I’ve been eating clean and every morning I think this is the day I make weight. It’s very frustrating.
Crippler, yah, for me it just sticks in one place and then boom, 5 pounds gone. I know I just have to stay strict and trust the process or I get discouraged.

Morning BW 216. Haha. I had a pretty good b-day refeed. I suspect I’ll shuck this water weight and be back on track in a few days. I think a sub-200 lbs. weigh in should be doable in the next week or two.
You had me at prime rib…
Happy Birthday

good work in here.
Question : Have you ever done or read up on LeanGains or Warrior Diet? Thing is they are real easy to follow once past the first week and you can implement your own macrs into their template. Also Eat STOP Eat is a good read as well. Just some Food for thought here. (sorry for the pun)
Rick
Rick, I have read about LeanGains and Warrior Diet, and I know people get great results on those. I think I’m kinda settled in on a cut strategy because I know the results I can expect and can live with the program. I pretty much fast in the morning on coffee; scrambled eggs and cheese around 11:00 and maybe bacon; maybe a protein shake or two during the day or some meat or cottage cheese or nuts for a snack or snacks; and then a big pile of meat for dinner with a salad with some good fatty dressing; absolutely blow it out one night a week for a re-feed. This seems to get me some fat loss without much loss of lean mass, if any, and when I start skiing the extra HIIT really excellerates the fat loss.

Morning BW 204.2.
Morning BW 203.4.
Notes: I broke down and traded in my gasser on a new diesel last night. It should be here next week (the dealer found the truck I wanted out of state and set up a dealer trade for it). I’m pretty pumped. 400HP and 765 foot-pounds of torque. ![]()
Sounds like a great truck. Sorry to hear about the MAC-disaster. I hope my daughter, who uses our MAC every day doesn’t spill food or drink on the keyboard or screen. Nice volume on the deads. How’s the grip doing-still strong as hell? I’d like to channel some of that torque for my deadlifts.
GV, grips ok, I haven’t been focusing on it, but it hasn’t been holding me back either.
3’s night, bench, TM 275, top set, 250.
Bench: 45 x25, 135 x10, 185 x3, 205 x3, 225 x3, 250 x4, 225 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3.

DB Incline Bench: 75s x 15, 12, 10.
Stairs: 20 flights:
Notes: I was dragging ass and weak tonight. I think I waited one day too long on the refeed. I’ll fix that tonight.
Start pushing the new truck around. I do that sometimes. It’s a great workout.
