Good work JJack.
JJack once in awhile(1 every 6-10 days) you need to EAT EVERYTHING YOU SEE to help confuse your metabolism so that it is not stuck in Starvation mode.

Hehe. I had a pile of rice with my 36 Oz. porterhouse last night and I feel much better today. I also think I need a pile of pancakes here sometime soon. [/quote]
If I eat everything in site everyday will that keep my metabolism confused?

Smart Ass! You know what I meant.
Ie explanation: If a person continues on a low-caloric diet for an extended period of time( in relation to his normal caloric intake) the metabolism will slow down. So you program in re-feed/caloric surplus days 1 a week or 10 days.
Or change the ratios of the macronutrients around usually by manipulating the Carbs.

I was just hoping you know of some way for me to get jacked and ripped on Italian Beefs and Dairy Queen.
Looks like the Secret Service guys got popped by the press because they were stupid enough to haggle over the price after they had completed the transaction:
Hehe. Thanks Rick. You know, I have Jeans for all versions of me. I just put my 42’s and 40’s on the back burner and the 38’s are feeling just a tad loose. I tried on my 36’s but they still aren’t comfy yet. I have 34’s in there as well, those are my 4th of July goal.

Awesome keep at it.
Man I have to buy 36 extra baggy or my legs and Ass won’t fit.
Or I just wear cargo pants now.
Notes: I bumped front squats to 225 and quickly realized I wasn’t going to get in 5 x 5, so i decided to hit 10 doubles. The first 6 sets seemed way too hard, but the last 4 I cruised through and hit them to rock bottom. I can really feel it in my groin and inner thighs.
Matty, I’m just running 5-3-1 on a 6-day week for right now, with the boring-but-big option for deads; trying to get some back volume in for asst. on upper days; and using lower volume front squats for asst. on squat day. I’d use higher volume on front squats except I hate them so much.
I just ordered some EFS wrists straps for front squats and threw in a set of 60cm Metal All Black wrist wraps for good measure. If anyone has a better suggestion for wrist wraps, let me know, I can probably call in monday morning and change the order if need be.

Pete, do you like the 60 or 80cm wrist wraps? I may order an extra set of EFS wraps and just compare them.
Joe, I’d like to get under 220 before memorial weekend and ultimately I’d like to walk around at around 205 so I can get within cutting distance of the 198’s. 220 is about the heaviest I can be and still get my ski to turn.
