Hey everyone!!! Thank you all sooooo very much for all of your encouragement!! I have been SO antisocial and run down these last 2 weeks since my meet. I have missed you all and have been reading the logs to catch up
I am still in recovery mode and working on making sure I dont beat myself into the ground. (which is always a challenge to hold back) I will start posting my workouts again today, I am in āget hot and shreddedā mode again for the time being, only THIS time I wont overtrain and not lose weight. Lolā¦I am also doing a strongman competition Oct 1 (For REAL this time!!) so training for that will start next week. ALSO, I am OFFICIALLY in the Arnold Expo for the USAPL meet!! I am SOO FREAKING PUMPED!!! lolā¦see you all in the trenches!!

SQUAT DAY:
Squats: 135x10 185x10 205x10 225x10 245x7 (This was pretty exciting because I was lifting all alone in my gym and I went to complete failure. I paused at the bottom to figure out how I was going to get out of this little predicament so I just launched the weight off my back. yup, no power rack/suicide squatsā¦thats how I roll.)
Good Mornings: 75x10 85x10 3 sets of 95x10
Pistol Squats: (I had been doing these with only bodyweight for the 1st two weeks, so I decided to add a kettle bell to make it interesting) 8lbx8, 10lbx8, 15lbx8, 15lbx10
SUPER SET WITH
High (Knee at chest height) Step Ups: all sets with bodyweight 10reps
45min of cardio
