Lol on the bench and the deadlift those were my 2nd attempts, I didnt put the 3rd failed attempts The 3rd bench was 158 or something ridiculous and the deadlift was 358. I didnt get the 3rd bench recorded but i can load the failed attempt of the deadlift when i get home. I just wanted the ones that actually counted to be posted first :wink:

Thanks guys! I am still working my way back into working out again. Yesterday was my first workout and I just did a circuit of lunges, pullups, stepups, pushups and squats. I did 10 of each except for the pullups i did 3-4 each round and I did 4 rounds including a min or 2 rest and then some cardio. I will probably workout today and just do cardio tomorrow. I am squatting on saturday and cant wait! Sorry my responses are sucking I will get back into the groove :slight_smile:

Lol…you are so sweet! On my bench and deadlift those were my 2nd attempts. I will try to remember to load my failed deadlift. I dont really have a program I follow, I just lift according to how I feel that day. I usually choose between sets of 2,3,4 per lift. I remember reading one time about keeping the total of reps around 24 when going for strength. 6 sets of 4, 8 sets of 3 etc…So I figure out how I am feeling that day and lift accordingly. The better I feel the heavier I go. I also alternate each week for a heavy deadlift or a heavy squat I rarely do both “heavy” in one week.

I train 3-4 days a week and usually a total of 2 1/2 hours per day if I do 30-45 min of cardio. I allow myself a lot of recovery time ;).

I am 5’2. (fun sized!)

Hey everyone I am BACK! Hahahaha! Last week was so brutal I could barely get through my days I was so exhausted…Anyways I had a squat workout on Sunday (i never workout on sundays but it was pretty good)

I kept things easy for this next week so I can let my little body easy back into it.

Squats: 135x10 185x8 225x6 225x8 135x10 <—i dropped my ass literally so my hmstrings touched my calves, paused then re-engaged and came back up. Holy crap. They were terrible but I will probably do them all the time)

Plyo Lunges (smith machine): 4 sets of 8 50lb

Single Leg Stiff Legged Deadlift: 4 sets of 8 25 lbs

30 min stairclimber

I felt really good after this workout. I am forcing myself to walk out of the gym with a little in the tank for a while, I was burning myself out and need to drop some weight over the next two weeks. FINALLY going to do one of my shoots!!

Holy shit! Those are some hella numbers, good work!
