I still see articles on T Nation that talk about egg whites in shakes, (admittedly older articles) just wondering if this is still valid since I thought I read somewhere that raw egg whites had something in them that blocked absorption of nutrients or something to that effect? I would love to start throwing a few eggs into my irritatin protein shakes!
Ha ha scratch the irritation part, auto correct must have put that in. Not sure what an irritation protein shake is!!

They’re pasteurized, so they’re fine. I do not know of the blocking of nutrient absorption, but I’m willing to bet that’s fallacious to a great degree.
I haven’t done tons of research on this or anything, but it’s pretty straight forward, I think. Also Hulk Hogan.
