-a ‘joker’ is optional extra heavier lift(s) in jim’s 531 programming @hel320 so once you’ve hit your main lift set, you can then add 5%-ish then go for a few reps, then repeat at will. Only if you feel like it generally. Can be singles, doubles etc.
It just means going heavier than the programmed weights when you a feeling fruity. .
