Looking good in here. Several good sessions. Glad to see someone else doing LISS (incline treadmill). Thought I was the only one that did that nowadays.
I would prefer to run, but my feet just won’t handle the abuse. I have a treadmill in the garage that pretty much stays set at 15% Incline and I walk on it several times per week. I usually do mine as a warmup for 10-20 minutes before a lifting session. I also sub it in for almost any form of cardio in metcons. Low impact/Moderate-High Intensity. That works well right now. There is a nice shelf right above it so I can set the laptop up there and do work while walking on it. Can’t go wrong. Stay after it my friend.

-recent training blocks generally bringing in some LISS or SSC at the end, often after some conditioning… @TM79 so the idea is to mobilise the fat stores in the conditioning then burn some of it off in the lower HR cardio at the end. Also a good time to catchup on sport highlights or some news on the machines at the gym as they have screens built in.

That is a good question I have read many of your workouts and others and never taken the time to post mine on here I’m not really sure why but I do do a full body routine three days a week all concentrated around three compound movements and then all the rest or accessories all workouts take me approximately 1 hour and then I walk for 2 miles I also bike quite a bit mountain biking I mean but if you like I can start posting my workout I’m flattered
