-P requested attacks from SC, coach not a big fan, he’d rather us get to mount or back. But we did some Americana’s and Kimura’s from SC, getting the grips then leg over head etc.
-4 rolls after. Held my own vs P twice, young Bl destroyed me multiple times but good fun attacking his half guard. Then worked more technique with J.
-Strength down somewhat @dchris but not a massive drop? Was largely fighting defensive, and esp vs P who uses a heap of weight on me I can still hold my own looking for attacks etc.

-Last night I went to see Till Lindemann (Rammstein lead singer), and he rocks pretty hard. 6 piece band. Plenty of shenanigans just like Rammstein did back in the day, pies thrown into the crowd, drummer having fish ‘removed’ from his behind (all theatre). And a great show overall, covered all his hits, bar ‘stef auf’ but no complaints other than me being short, so tough to see it all in a standing only event!

I am taking my wife to see Sabaton in February. I think the last concert I took her to was The Who about 1999. Glad you had a good time.

-P requested attacks from half guard, so a good refresher for me, and i’d essentially totally forgotten this. Worked up into dogfight to either grab the far knee and push them over into SC, or the old skool sweep.
-4x rolls after, mainly working specifics, but then continued into full rolls in some instances, where I got duly pummelled by blue belts a few times.

-had a night out at a hotel in town. Nice suprise for Jnr. Hot as so largely stayed inside and used the facilities, including a few dips in the pool, spa, sauna. Also got in a short gym session - mainly cable machines.

We actually have a similar spider in Georgia but it’s red on the belly and called a black widow. Like everything in Australia, your spider’s venom is more venomous. Though I wouldn’t want to get bit by either.

Bark scorpions will lay up in mine. Best to check where you are putting your fingers.

We have always had these here too. A few years ago we had like an invasion, they were everywhere. Luckily it was only one year. I think the big freeze of 2021 took some of them out.

I find them every now and then. Most I ever found was on the base of a used basketball goal that I bought. Thing was covered in them. Made putting it in the back of the truck interesting.

-P requested more half guard work, so we drilled getting underhook then into SC
-3x rolls, gassed early esp after wrestling with C for ages where I’m giving up 30kg. Good times.
-we do like collecting the venomous ones here in Oz for sure @shaneinga , defo use caution @ChickenLittle too.
