I’m not sure how you can estimate that you backsquat 350 when you specifically mentioned that you can’t back squat at all.

I would say to try a more direct leg workout, that’s a shitload of cleans you do there (which btw ya don’t need to describe).

I only say to do a more direct exercise bc the weight you can power clean is the weight you are front squatting, if you strictly did front squats you’d probably be able to use more weight, having said that you seem to have a pretty good handle on it so I think what you are doing is fine.

how long you been doing this kind of workout? That leg day you mentioned, for me, would bore the hell out of me within that very session, but if you can do it then good for you.

I don’t know why you said that ur leg day is the only thing you do that isn’t crossfit styled, looks like it’s got a lot of crossfit elements to me. If you love doing those workouts, and you like the results you get, and you feel good about it…then do it, who cares if people “hate on you.”

(Primarly with legs) DL about 400 with decent form.
December 19 of last year Squated 340, couple days before second operation.

Couldn’t imagine Ive gotten weaker with all the front squats and deads.

Lol some people dont know what cleans are. (Most people I know that lift up here dont lol.)The leg workout I described takes about an hour…so ya I guess thats crossfit too.

Most “weightlifters” compete in the clean and jerk and snatch, not in the how many push-ups can you do in 7 hours (gets tedious and boring).

He was just using a common term, no need to point that out…and don’t you mean “olympic lifters”.

I gave you a two. Try putting on another 20 or 30 lbs of muscle first. No chest, no arms, skinny legs. Are you serious?

You’re kidding me, right?

I think you look decent but yes you can improve your chest and legs but hey, who couldn’t. I’m giving you a 3. It sucks having shoulder problems. I’m coming out of a hiatous as well and slowly building back up.

i gave you a 1 cause youre a dickhead and you dont know shit about training.

You look frail. Would you like me to call the Whaaambulance for you?
