Having lots of bread and fruit in your diet will help you gain weight but as a FFB chances are it will be the wrong kind. I would save stuff like the for breakfast or PWO meal. I’d also replace the PreWO Metabolic Drive with a scoop of Surge and make sure your having Surge PWO. Metabolic Drive won’t get digested fast enough to help you for the reason you are taking it.
130lbs is waaaay too light so stick with 3k cals/day and try and time the majority of your daily carb intake at either breakfast or PWO.

Yup, most of the “bulk” rules don’t really apply to use FFB’s - we gain fat a lot easier than these so called “hard-gainers” because we are not afraid of food in the first place. Our bulks have to be long and strict.
DF85, weren’t you on the 10/10 program? WTF are you doing jumping back and forth between programs? Do one thing at a time, you will never reach any goals if you don’t focus on one thing, at a time.
I was on 10/10 but continued to loose weight, I didnt gain a pound. I am not happy at 130 so I want to gain some lean mass before cutting the rest of my body fat. I am 15% now. I would love to get to 170 with out much fat gained, than cut fat. I think that is the best way for me to go.
I am still using the diet plan from 10/10, This diet is an idea for starting my “bulk”.
So cut out the bread, limit the fruit and take Surge instead of Metabolic Drive. I can handle that ha
Yeh, but I was 180 and 30% body fat, I dont plan on gaining any more fat while I bulk.
There are so many great diet plans and articls here but it seem they are either for people starrting out lean or people starting out fat, trying to get lean.
Shugart and Berardi have great articles for us FFB’s but are there any diet plans tailored to a FFB starting a bulk?
My plan was to use Beraridi’s 10 habits and continually add calories weekly. I would be nice to have a whole plan written out thou.
