What? I said 10x3 can work but, will take a long ass time and can be brutal on connective tissue and joints.
How can you say itās overrated if you donāt perform them?
Also, if strength isnāt the goal, you could use a 10x3 with the same weights you would use for a 3x10. You would just add more to the tempo of the concentric/eccentric of the movement to creat more TUT, not lockout or go fully down, or pause a multiple places through the movement.
