got no idea what advice you got on the second page of this thread as the company it police have deemed it to contain offensive content so i dont really know what lifting advice you have been given.
but, it looks like your lifting program is verry similar to a boxers stil, one thats designed for endurance rather than building size.
my suggestion, besides reading all the beginer threads would be to reduce reps and make things heavier. accross the board make every lift you are doing heavier.
