Rate My Physique

Hello! I’m new on this forum and would like to get your guys opinion on my physique/body fat estimate etc.

I’m currently 17 years old and I’ve trained a lot before, but got injured last year and was off for 6-8 months. Got a bit out of shape but currently trying to cut down a little bit so I can somewhat clean bulk afterwards.

I’m sitting on about 207 lbs atm and a little bit over 6’ ft tall. My guess is about 20% bf, but I’m not rly sure.

I’m currently training at home with a bench and some adjustable dumbbells (ranging from 15-80 lbs), doing somewhat of a upper/lower 4 day split.

So, guys! Would like some opinion and tips about how I will go about ‘fixing’ my physique!:slight_smile:

I don’t really see a reason to cut right now if you have plans to be putting on more size. You’re not crazy lean or anything, but you’re not fat either. I would just say to keep eating and keep lifting. This stuff is pretty simple at your age/development.
