Its always nice to see competing bodybuilders around here. Gives people (like me) something to aspire too. Your looking amazing, great job.
Thanks - competing is definitely an experience, I would recommend it at least once in your life. It will let you know just what you are capable of doing with yourself.

You look Solid bro very solid!

This guy is so solid, that the word solid looks flabby compared to him.

based on all the physiques I’ve seen on here you are top 3, 10.

Really? That’s pretty cool. It’s always great to hear positive feedback, it keeps me motivated and working towards my goals.

Thank you for the compliments!

You look great as everyone else stated. The quad separation is really impressive? What is your training regimen?

Something like this:

day 1 - chest
day 2 - arms
day 3 - legs
day 4 - shoulders
day 5 - back & traps

I only do legs once per week on wedensdays, so if it’s not wednesday i just skip to whatever is next. reason for this - i train legs hard, it takes a week before I’m ready to go at them again. When it gets close to show time, say 6 weeks out, i start doing glutes and calves 2-3 times/week, abs usually 2-3 week and cardio, meaning slow-paced walkking or elliptical machine for an hour, up to 80 minutes everyday.

my reps are generally high and i rarely go below 8 reps, except maybe for last set of an exercise, but even then prefer to keep reps around 10-12. I probably train on average 5-6 days/week, depending on my schedule so I throw in a day off every now and then. I usually take my day off to catch up on some touch up stuff like forearms, calves, abs, glutes, extra cardio, etc.

Nothing really ground breaking in my training split, the key is to bust ass no matter what training split you have. If you’ve never puked on leg day then you just haven’t lived yet

LOL and what causes you to puke on leg day?
is this question serious???

awesome work French, your physique is very motivating for me

hahaha, yeah for me its the squat drop sets that really make the vomit reaction come,… you ever have times when you think you should puke but it never actually comes and you might have like 20 min of daze almost like being drunk, I find that much worse than puking in a way.

anyway like I said great work dude, you are killin it

wow very polished! you’ve certainly kicked it up a notch! please post more pics.

Thanks! Leg day today, one day later than usual, time to pay my dues today!

(This posters physical state)

Pics look great - (quiet sigh)
Quad separation is sick - (audible sob)
The pics on the dot com*s are pretty awesome too - (places gun to temple)

But I still gave you a 9. (pulls the trigger)

(damn it - it was unloaded)

Great work and only 25yrs old.

Keep striving to be the best. You have one hell of a jump on the rest of us. Pat yourself on the back . . . . . then go out and get bigger. WOW - just plain WOW.

Thanks for the pictures link tfrench. This is definitely the kind of thread we should see more often!

For God’s sake man it’s not worth it! Put the gun down!

Seriously thanks! I fully intend to the best I can be. Everyday that goes by this time I am one step closer to accomplishing my goals.

Everything in this prep for the North American show is going great and I can’t wait to get on stage again. We’ll save the getting bigger for after this show and say good bye to competing as a welterweight for good.
