Rate My Diet. Goal to Lose 7-8 lbs of Bodyfat

I am 22 years old. 6’2" 198 lbs. I lift four days a week with compund movements and end each of those with a tabata. On the other days I do various low intensity cardio. This is a sample diet for a training day:

breakfast: 1.5 scoops lowcarb whey and 2tbsp flax oil
lunch: plain chicken breast and 1 serving of almonds
Preworkout: 1scoop whey and 2tbsp flax oil
Postworkout: 1serving of oatmeal and one apple. 1.5 scoops of whey
dinner: 2 chicken breasts and veggies
Prebed-1scoop whey and 2tbsp flax oil

I also take 12g of fish oil throughout the day

My only concern is my pwo nutrition…are the carbs too plentiful or from the wrong source? Thanks.

My only concern is that most of your diet is whey protein. Oatmeal and an apple post-workout shouldn’t be a large concern.

I agree with Josh Rider, It’s more of how much you eat when loosing weight, not what you’re eating. You should be fine and on that diet, loose like a madman. Keep lifting heavy. Good luck, should take you ~3-4 weeks.
