Rate My Conditioning: 110 lbs Female

According to powerlifting watch elite for her class is 680 lbs, so her 640 lb would be very good if she can do that on the platform.

Thanks for the support guys! The meet is going to be held March next year, here in Sofia, Bulgaria .

Lmao starting to suffer from the weight loss and I’m back to 106lbs. Obviously 3 lbs isn’t anything to fuss about as far as aesthetics (I look the same 1 less vein maybe lol) but I will try to sustain 105lbs for a few weeks and then go down to 102lbs again.

Saw your pictures in another thread, and I have no idea what weight you were at there, but you looked as close to an anatomical chart as a person can. Honestly unfathomable to me that it’s a sustainable level of leanness but I’m an ex-fat boy so our perspectives presumably differ.

Well that was 2 -3 weeks ago at 103lbs
Currently 106 lbs , I am naturally lean and vascular even though I eat lots of carbs. Practically look the same , I mean it is just my body type + rigorous training.

What is the weigh in procedure for the meet you’re doing? 4 hours or 24 hours before competition? If 24 I’d say you will probably have better overall performance from a weight cut than actually losing that much weight, you’re damn lean already so getting to 99 will be a real dig deep cut that is going to trash your strength levels. In reality you’ll probably be a lot stronger one weight class up with more muscle though, rather than inevitably losing muscle to go down to 99.

24 hours before competition. Yes, it is quite the struggle to lose the last bits of weight. Although I do have time to complete the cut slowly , the process is unpleasant.
Now, since my training sessions are very long, frequently around 3 hours i can allow myself a lot of calories, 2600 on most days lol.
The next weight class is 115lbs , I mean I dont have time to actually bulid muscle, I’ll just get fat(ter) for such a short term. Maybe next time I (hopefully) compete.

So usually, the best lifter is determined Wilks or some other coefficient that is calculated using the weight you weighed in at (not the weight class limit). So you could win best lifter, and not win the weight class. Best lifter > winning weight class IMO. Something to think about.
