Rate My Conditioning: 110 lbs Female

Man, this is a weird way to ask if he wants to swap dick pics.

Every other day I hear a “Daaaad, come look at this” from the bathroom. There’s always a chance that there is actually something I need to attend to so I can’t ignore it but 99.9999% chance I’m being summoned to look at a poop. Parenthood is grand.

When I’m at work my daughter will proudly text me a picture of her poop.

Yea definitely feels like someone doesn’t spend much time looking around the rest of the forums…

At 99lb what’s your goals for the meet?

I saw your DL was 270lb.
How about squat and bench?

150lb bench and 220lb squat .

When’s the meet?

I don’t see where can find 4 pounds of fat to lose, so I’d suggest posting in the Powerlifting forum for basic water cutting advice, which is a short-term plan you’d do just before weigh-ins: https://t-nation.com/c/powerlifting

Although, a common approach for a first meet is to not really worry about weight classes, just walk in weighing whatever you weigh and hit your lifts, unless you’re within legit distance to break a record or something.

I wont lie - my knowledge of women power lifting is only just above 0. So I have no idea if those are amazing or not.
I have a feeling they are pretty solid. I’d like to bench 150% of my body weight. Or squat 220% of it.

Post back if / when you compet. I’d love to know how those number hold up.

I can verify those are awsome numbers for that weight. Pound for pound stronger than my totals of 405/225/375 for S/B/DL. In the 148 class
