well congrats on sterotyping all the ppl that live in texas. their are alot of them that post here your the only one that says ya’ll after every sentence.
Not the army…the Marine Corps. don’t ever get them confused. I actually scored in the top percentile on the intelligence tests. I would think that my being on a flight contract would clue you in to that. the lift numbers are completely legit. doubt me if you want but it doesnt matter.
In texas we have powerlifting teams so I’ve been squatting and deadlifting since I was in 7th grade. I don’t know why everyone is so suspicious of people. You seriously think that I would come on here and shoot off a bunch of fake maxes? why would i do that? thats so stupid
I just have to step in here and give our dear OP a quick grammar lesson.
Contractions are used by placing an apostrophe where an omitted letter would be and therefore combining two separate words into one.
Examples:
I’m= I am. I am not surprised you do not have a fundamental understanding of the English language because you go to Texas Tech.
You’re= You are. You are by far one of the bigger jackasses I have seen post here.
Y’all= You all. Not YALL, not Ya’ll. It is y’all.
If you are going to type like the ignorant redneck that you are at least have the decency to do it correctly.

LOL!
The guy was commenting that you dont look as strong as the maxes you posted wich is funny because they are low. Forget the fact that you have been lifting since 7th grade.
You would think if your gonna lie you would at least make your lifts look decent.
when i said lifted since 7th grade i didn’t mean i became a loser like you and dedicated my life to it. i dont eat good and i rarely stay on a workout plan for more than a few weeks. so be the angry chubby kid all you want no one cares.

Dedicating your life to lifting makes you a loser? I suppose smoking and drinking, and not having the balls to do anything constructive for your body makes you a pretty swell lad.
You are a typical Marine. Brain washed to think he is better than he really is. Why don’t you have a little humility. You have not accomplished anything as far as training goes, you are weak and you look weak. You are not a stud and that is that.
Now shut your mouth and train you big weany! Quit trying to show us how great you are, you are not, thanks for the service but your attitude can stay with your smoking buddies.
Did you just make corpral or something? Come on hardcharger we are not easily impressed here and the Marines are not the biggest and badest mo’ fo’s on the planet, you just believe you are. You do have pride and you do look squared away in uniform, but believe me Marine Corp, God, Country and Family is not the way the rest of the world sees it.
If you want to come here to learn then do it, but if you want to come here to show us how tough and bad and how much you know, well…you came to the wrong place devil dog.

Yeah cause losers dedicate time to training, eating right, not smoking, not drinking too much and living healthy. The winners are the ones who smoke, drink a lot, brag about minimal accomplishments and think they are bad ass because Marines are tough.
See you are going to be in the new Marine Corps. where all you have to do is live off of what others did before you. Don’t be one of those guys man. Grow up, be a man, mature.

Hey Marine… Well, can we call you that if you?re in Mcoc? From my understanding… If you?re in that program before you commission your rank is the equivalent of an E-5. So that means I?m going to call you sergeant or cadet, your call. Is that okay, sir? I?m Army and I out rank you. So lets not get into that?
Sounds like everyone has answered your question. Smoking is bad. Drinking can have some serious effects on your recovery, and or lifting the next day. I don’t know many people who get up the day after drinking and go lift and have a great day (meaning they hit some PR’s). But that is your call. I wouldn?t lift and drink, I don?t drink at all and have had some great results and decent numbers.
I would hope that some one who was training to be an officer would come to a website and talk and treat everyone with more respect. Remember, sir, that you are training to protect this country, which means that everyone here is someone you?re going to put your life on the line for. Don’t argue or get into little fights. Don’t give people reasons to dislike you or the core. If you really want to go back in forth we can.
SO go home, go lift and don’t waste your time getting into pissing contests with people on line.
Ant
Oh on ranking you, numbers get a 5 body gets a 2, so 3.5. I’m going to round down because of how your acting… Front leaning rest!

STUPIDEST POST EVER!
first off you don’t even know him so your just assuming his whole life revolves around training and diet. prob because it make you feel better about yourself since hes way bigger and stronger then you at 16. as for calling him fat all the time.
i think your just insecure because your not lean and your not big either, your just the average joe who doesnt even look like he gets any excercise other then walking to the fridge to go get a beer. and hes the loser because he decides to eat well and has the will power to train consistantly for more then a few weeks?
YOUR ON T-Nation EVERYONE IS HERE CAUSE THEY WANT TO TRAIN SMART AND EAT BETTER. how can you expect to accomplish anything if you can’t stick with a simple weight traning program or diet for more then a few weeks.
its clear by your addictions to smoking and drinking and your inability to stick with a diet or training program that your a weak willed hillbilly peice of shit that doesnt have the balls to sit down and see something through to the end because your afraid of failure.
i tried to be pleasent but you keep on attacking N3wb about his weight and even his dedication to the iron game. your possibley one of the most twisted individuals i have ever seen on here you come to a BODYBUILDING WEBSITE and start making fun of ppl who lift weights and eat better then you do just because your jealous that you have hardly made any progress yourself. i hope you get banned from this site you disgust me.
alright well i think my tenure at this website is over. i apologize to all that i have offended. some of my comments were extremely alcohol induced and inappropriate. i realize this is not an excuse and i am not trying to present it as such. i realize that the people of this board and myself have different athletic goals and i should respect yours. i thank you for all of your help and answers.

okay don’t tell me the answer is obvious just tell me an answer. i’m going to go drinking but i want to workout before. is it useless to workout or will i get some benefit from it??? thats all i need to know. and knock the cigarettes all you want but i guarantee none of ya’ll can run an 18min 3-mile. well i can so shut the fuck up.
[/quote]
Bro, I ran cross country four years in high school. My best 5k (3.1 miles) was sixteen minutes fifty seven seconds. So you were wrong in your guarantee that none of us can run that fast.

Wow, if you are this messed up drunk, and considering the venom I had to read in this thread, you’re better off NOT touching alcohol at all, matey.
