im 152 lbs. 5’8.5’’ did a 6 week cycle body building program. any hints, tips, or reccomendations. and maybe some pros/cons. thanks!

Looks like you have a good physique but your pictures suck. What are your stats, and lets see some legs. From your dp looks like a nicely developed back.

x 2. He seems to be the typical curl junkie if I’ve ever seen one. Especially because this is his 2nd thread in rate my physique, neither of which has included leg pics. He’s here for an ego stroke because he thinks he’s hyoooge. At 152 pounds, he’s not.
yeah, but I’m the same height as this guy, and while I’m currently cutting (and showing a full 6 pack at 201 lbs last monday), I’m worried I may look too small if I drop under 185/190. Compare that figure to his current weight and then think about his ‘development’.
He should step away from his computer and go eat something -lol.

honestly im weak in the legs haha. but ive been working on them. routine is a 6 week cycle. 2 sets week 1 3 sets weeks 2-3 4 sets week 4 and 5 sets weeks 5-6. then i also cycle reps 4-7 reps and 8-11 reps. diet varies, but i try to eat as much food as i can haha i havea high matab. breafast = banana 1 cup raw oatmeal in milk and apple, lunch usually more fruit sometimesa protein drink.
before workout eat more food then wait about 30 min-1hr then lift then protein ad food later sometimes more protein. thanks for the comments. what are your routnes and diets like? o ya stats, um i duno about dl but im guessing around 350ish+ and squat 300 ish and bench 300 ish+.
