How in the world is your score this high? Put up the proper pics and lift some weight. Your physique isn’t terrible put your numbers in relation to it are… except maybe your legs… but who knows given the fact you don’t feel like sharing em.

In what way are my numbers in relation to my physique terrible? I don’t have pics of my legs.

Hard to give good feedback because you gave bad pictures.
I said your numbers are weak for your body because they are. For example I weigh 5-7 pounds more than you and my lifts, which are in no way spectacular are:
Dl- 455
Squat- 370
Bench- 250
So were relatively similar weight, I’m weak, and you’re much weaker, therefore, you are weak.
If you don’t have leg pics why did you post?

Why are you such a dick man? I just started incorporating squats, deadlifts, and bench press into my training. I don’t know about me being weaker than you, buddy! I just started squatting and deadlifting this week. And your logical reasoning ability is non-existent but you probably don’t even know what I am referring to within your post because you lack the mental capacity to do so.

I gave you a 3. It’s really hard to judge with just one bad pic though. Your lifts are weak for now, however it’s looks like you have a nice base to work from so results are just a couple months of consistent training away. Lock yourself in the gym, lift heavy, eat whatever/whoever gets in close proximity, and throw some quality pics up and you will get honest feedback. BTW, I’m 6’1" 180lbs with about 8-9%bf squatting 375, benching 275, and dead 405 and I got a 3 or something. There’s lots of haters on here and most of those pussys won’t even put up a single pic so fuck 'em.

I taught my training partner to deadlift for the first time a couple weeks ago. He recently pulled 340lbs at a bodyweight of 160. Yeah, anyways.
Post the required pictures and information, and you will get constructive feedback.
