Rate DW's Physique

Great strength has nothing to do with physique. Attitude toward people could use some adjusting, but it’s not about that either.

I think you would look better if you cut a bit and lost some belly fat.

My ratings are based on overall population.

The 3.9 on this thread is stupid and rediculous.

You are definitely thicker and as others have said your back affirms your deadlift strength.

The reason it looks like I have belly fat is because I was wearing a belt in the 1st pic which caused my skin to go above the belt.

I’m focusing more on powerlifting, right now. I might be competing in my first meet on August 5th. I don’t know yet though. If I do it, I will probably only do the deadlift.

Have you improved your lifting techniques in the deadlifts then? I remember seeing some videos of you, where almost every lift you ever did was with totally! bad technique.

LOL. Brad Pitt’s “workout” was posted here. There was NO leg training (other than jogging on a treadmill, reading a magazine or some such shit.) I don’t believe Brad Pitt is pulling a 505 deadlift.

I realize that the lifts are independent of the physique and you’re dissing one, not the other, but still. You said a pretty sour mouthful.
