EAT MEAT

I definitely agree with the previous posts. You jacked your calories up too much too fast. The extra carbs, fiber and creatine are causing a great deal of water retention and bloat. Unless you back off the calories to a significant degree you can expect to remain bloated for the duration. And once all of that fiber and bulk gets thru your system, expect to be spending plenty of time with the porcelin god. Enjoy.[/quote]
The Porcelain god is getting to know me very well…hopefully I won’t be so backed up anymore.
Also, After I finish the Waterbury Program I’m switching to the Growth-Surge Project and am debating between a 3 week cycle of 1-ad or 3 weeks of Methyl-1-Test…what do you guys suggest?
I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone for helping me get through my first week of bulking

you are really psyching yourself out.
I totally agree. Everytime I try out one of the diets posted here, It takes some time to tweak it out and get it to work right. Wigging out at first is normal, just play around with it for awhile(the diet that is) and you will get it.
Hey, judging by the fact that I’ve been pissing like a race horse all day…and it’s all been clear urine…I’d say I finally reached the creatine saturation point so this weight gain should be slowing down to a normal pace now. Thanks for helping me get through it.
Well good news…the rapid weight’s gain stopped…I didn’t gain anything yesterday, and only a lb the previous day. So hopefully I’m on the right course. What’s actually interesting is that after reading Massive Learning…I should’ve had my calories much lower at the start based on my body type, so for now I need to work on upregulating my metabolism.
I just thought I’d throw in an update…I started last week at 207 when I woke up on Monday…and it’s now Sunda night and I’m weighing around 210…so it looks like I should be right about 208 when I get up tommorow…Thanks to everyone that helped me stick it out
