OK, this girl that lived close to me said that she liked me, and I liked her to, but she said we couldn’t go out because her parents won’t let her. (This was the first weird part as she had multiple boyfriends during the school year. (This all happened during the summer. (And yes, this is a triple parenthesis))) I told her we could get away with it, but she said lets just stay friends. Then we hung out all summer, got a lot closer, had one good night alone together, and things we looking great. Then she says she REALLY likes me, and that I am perfect for her.
All of a sudden, she becomes less open and not happy to be around me. With every other guy, she goes crazy happy to see them. With me, it’s just whatever. But then she tries to get all happy and closer to me when we are talking alone. (Even weirder now.)
Then out of the blue she says she can’t handle having a boyfriend, and that we should always stay friends. (This killed me.)
A week later: she starts going out with a fucking senior. This guy only tried to get her in bed, and she said that was messed up (a week earlier).

I went to Wal-Mart last night and now agree with anything anyone ever complained about in the thread. All of these things happened last night in 45min at Hell-Mart:
Some kid screaming at the top of his/her lungs for 10min without a word from the parent.
A 20 something year old girl riding in the fatty cart. A 40 something riding in the fatty cart, jezzus maybe you walk a little bit and you won’t need the old people/fatty cart.
Some white trash lady called her kid a dumb ass for push the cart to fast.
Some old dude trying to decide on protein powder??? He should have been looking at weight gainer, he was a buck o’five in boots.

I saw a dog get run over by a black Explorer many years ago. It was the most horrifying thing I have ever seen. The driver just kept driving, the dog got up, limped over to the sidewalk, laid down and died.
I got out of my car in the middle of the street and ran over to it. There was already a woman there by the dog, I was screaming, the dog wasn’t moving. I felt sick, and stupidly asked the woman if she thought it would be alright.
She was already crying and I don’t think she even knew I was there. The dog was just a mutt, but fairly big. It was a light brown. It just laid there, motionless with it’s tongue hanging out of it’s mouth. I couldn’t see any blood, and I don’t really remember if it’s legs were crushed, but it was dead.
I stood there for what felt like an hour, then realized that my car was blocking traffic. People were just rushing by. I felt sick and weak, and I couldn’t believe that that asshole just ran over this dog, and took off. I had to go back to my car, the woman had already called the police, so I felt it would be OK to leave.
People who hurt animals just suck. This was well over 10 years ago, but I hope that asshole got what they deserved.

No, I’m still in high school.
It’s really hard to explain, but she kept pretty much trying to be with me throughout the entire summer and she kept telling me how much she liked me, then on day she completely drops all that and goes for someone else.
And I don’t care that she didn’t sleep with me. And I didn’t get much. I used to be naive. But not anymore.

Tragic story. When it rains a “pond” appears in the road in front of my house. 3 pair of mallard ducks come to swim. A big gray dually roared through the middle one day and one of the females was killed. I sat in the yard for a week waiting for that bastard to drive by again. He never did. I have seen more near misses. How can you miss seeing 5 (was 6) ducks swimming in the road!

The worst dog getting hit by car story I have ever heard was from my mom. She was only about 8 when her pet dog got hit by a car. The dog managed to drag itself over to her, put its head in her lap and then died.
I’m not sure I could ever own another animal if that happened to me.
