That’s funny to hear as a year ago they were by far the biggest muscle proportionately on my whole body.
But yeah I agree, I need guns and Traps

This is the sorest I have ever been, chest is wrecked, back is wrecked. I like this!
I realize this doesn’t lend itself to gaining size, but I don’t mind leaning out
too. I want density, stamina, and strength with a great athletic physique.
Funny how we redefine our goals as we go.
Great shoulder workout today…
Staying with the 100 rep scenarios
Sore all ready…Great Vascularity, great pumps. Looking the way I want to, and the girl situation has sweetened immensely…
Like a bullet through a flock of doves!

Hey Dizo,
Keeping it fresh and making new goals as you go along does wonders to motivate. As long as you feel great, the “doves” will surely take notice…
Legs today:
Squats 135lbs
100 reps in 6 sets
Ass to grass Was even complimented on my form
Seated Calf Press 4 plates
100 reps in 5 sets
W/ excruciating 10 sec hold and 10 sec neg on each set (last rep)
Lying Hammy Curls
Don’t try 100 reps ain’t gonna happen
70lbs 3 sets total of 62 reps
Seated Leg Extensions 120lbs
3 sets total of 50 reps
Legs were terribly beat down…
Walked slowly on treadmill for 10 minutes to loosen up so I could drive home.
Workout took approx 40 minutes.
Very little rest between sets no more than 90 seconds.
This is a feel good routine, I won’t do it for more than probably 4 weeks, but it is interesting how deep the muscles ache from this type of exercise.
Girl is happy, I am happy…
Good Day, has some emotional sides today more ASPCA commercial bummed me out… HAHA!
Fuckin Nancy!
CRAMPS!! Were horrible in my calves all weekend. Saturday I couldn’t even walk, I should’ve known that dehydration (boozed it up Friday night) mixed with high volume sets make for sore muscles. They still hurt really bad, but with stretching I can push through it.
Today it’s back to week 2 of High Volume chest this time increasing the weight 5-10lbs.
I will post results later tonight.
Weight is holding steady at 221-224, still lean still not much of an appetite.
Chest Tonight:
135lbs Incline Bench Press
set 1 - 27 reps
set 2 - 20 reps
set 3 - 20 reps
set 4 - 16 reps
set 5 - 17 reps
155lbs Flat Bench Press
set 1 - 17 reps
set 2 - 14 reps
set 3 - 11 reps
set 4 - 11 reps
set 5 - 14 reps
40lb Dbell Incline Flies
3 sets 15 reps
170lbs Peck Deck Flies
set 1 - 30 reps
set 2 - 22 reps
set 3 - 17 reps
20lb Medicine Ball Super Decline Sit ups
Approx 16-18" lift.
set 1 - 30 reps
set 2 - 22 reps
set 3 - 17 reps
Weighted Crunches
2 sets 24 each 170lbs
Finito
Again with the stomach issues, got very nauseous and had to breathe myself into not throwing up again.
I like the workout but it makes me feel like re fried ass…

Hey Bro, I was wondering what happened to you. And thanks for the great compliment. Yeah I have been working my arse off trying to lean out and train hard. It’s a great change my friend! No more doughboy! ha
So far the rewards have been nice too ![]()

Hey my ol fellow Floridian, yes I am… I think the fact that I have fun doing this makes it that much better. It’s a personal competition. I believe if my calcs are right, in 1 year I have managed to lose approx 12 lbs of body fat and gain 17-21 in muscle. I’ll take them numbers!

Just a revisit to the before pic for immediate comparison…

And after
Oh my god. I wasnt too blown away by the pic on its own i will admit - but when you show how far you have come i am really impressed.
Well bloody done my friend! ![]()
Hey Diz,
That picture comparison shows a serious contrast. May I take back my original comments and offer my humble and sincere congratulations on a job well done!!
Damn, damn good job, Randizo. Without even seeing the comparison pic I could see the massive transformation you have undergone. I’m thinking especially of your pictures before you ever started your first cycle. You’ve come a long way and done a great job, bud. Congratulations. Keep going.
Thanks all, the confidence boosters from ya’ll really help. I see small changes day to day, and only realized lately that things are shaping up. I am stoked with the results. I’d still like to be a lean 240 but I think that’s a lofty goal for my age. I’m an old bastard at 32 and as of today my weight was 216 that’s insanely low. The new routine is making me drop weight (bad weight) like crazy.
So, maybe another week or two…then back to mass building.
Cortes, oddly enough very little strength gain from the Tren, it’s been wonderous for cutting though.

Ditto.
You really have a way with words, Cortes. Lol.
Well although I love the leanness, I am going back to a heavy low volume routine starting Monday. The high volume workout makes my stomach queezy and then the Fina on top of that kills my appetite so I am dropping too much weight too fast. I feel strength is being affected a little bit too, so back to heavy for awhile.
I did flat bench 155 32 times in one set Monday. That is definitely up from when I started so yay for endurance.
My g/f said she will help me take some pics this weekend hopefully I can get them up early next week.
Later, have a good weekend all.
any advice on good OTC libido help???
no problem starting just need help finishing???
odd i know???
