On topic: When I started training for strength I began with the 5x5 for the big lifts and moved up incrementally. I found I got too far ahead of myself and stalled for a long time and didn’t know what to change. It is definately a good place to build a solid base.

Yes I love the 5x5’s!! I’ve been gaining so much strength its amazing! Its getting pretty heavy for me, probablly going to stall soon but we will see!!

did a circuit today: one minute at each station, 15 sec rest, 3x through

1-Knee tucks on the ball
2-Kick throughs
3-Mountain climber pushups
4-Swings 16kg kettlebell
5-Tricep dips
6-Burpee with kettlebell high pull 20kg bell
7-Pullups (with a jump assist)
8-Box jumps with 5kg medicine ball
