Im at 120 both close grip and regular. Thought id see how decline went yesterday and hit 125, didnt like it though (first time decline in at least a few years).
I’ve managed 125 off 2 board, 115x3 pin press and same floor press.
Love to get 135/300, even more so 3 plates, for any variation by new years.
3 plates is the big goal, but it’s a while off yet. Have hit 95kg (209lbs) for a single, but couldn’t reproduce that now if you asked me. Max for this cycle of Coan bench is set at 90kg, which will hopefully get me over 2 plates and closer to 3
I spent the last two years rehabbing a labral tear and cal/meniscus. Finally feel like I’m moving forward, will do a max end of december and see where I’m at.
