can we get a second category for those who arent so natural?
I’m in! I’m 6’4", currently about 200lbs on the nose, but I think I should shoot higher than only 12 lbs. I haven’t taken any supps for 2-3 months and I usually put on 5-9 lbs just from loading creatine. I’ll race some of the other tall guys to 220. Jared NFS, I like the idea of comparing a slow gain group to a bulk/cut group. I’ll keep an eye out to see how this progresses…
I’m in also, I’m 6’0 170 lbs probably 12% bf or so. Just ordered my first dose of mag-10 so hopefully when I get it at the end of august I can get a kick start. Still working on building my home gym though, all I have right now is a bowflex. getting a power rack and some free weights for my garage though, might take a few months to save up for all the equip. plus I play Alot of golf all summer so I only lift seriously during the cold months, then watch all my progress slip away all summer. ![]()

I submitted a thread in the photo forum and I tried to only have the rules up as the first post, but you have to have a pic in the first post, so I’ll resubmit it when I get home and have access to my pics.
For those who aren’t natural, just shoot for 20 lbs or so. Would that be enough? I don’t know much about steroid gains or what not. You can always tell me otherwise.
I think if I was 180, I could get up to 200 by Thanksgiving, so that’s why I set the bottom of 180 to shoot for 200. If that’s too much, just say so.
I made some “rules” and here they are.
1 - Start Sept 1st, end Nov 26th
2 - Weigh between 180 and 190 - shoot for 200 lbs. Weigh under 180, try to gain 12 lbs. Weight between 190 and 200, try to get to 205. Weigh above 200, try to gain 12 lbs. (We can always make this 15 lbs for a nice round number)
3 - 15% bf maximum
4 - Pro-steroids and Pro-hormones allowed. For those using Steroids, try to gain between 20-25 lbs (is this a decent weight, P-DOG?)
5 - Have fun doing this. Since we will be in the photo forum, submit a before pic if you can. Post pic, age, weight, bf% and brief plan.
Are these good enough? Did I miss anything?

honestly i dont know, this is going to be my first mass cycle. i have only done three short cutting cycles with very very mild dosages. probabaly something equal to using mag-10.
however having said that i think 20lbs is a reasonable goal. that would put me about 10-12lbs higher than i have ever been in my life and i do not plan on gaining a lot of fat.

Case in point, last June 1st I weighed in at a meager 150 (bodyfat was only minimal essential stores…maybe 3-4%…you’ve seen the pictures). By December 19th of this past year, I was 195 at 5% fat (determined by DEXA). So, my man, it can be done.
