My all time favorite wrestler, sad he was only 54. He really didn’t look that good on Raw the next day he was walking awkwardly, and he couldn’t even shake the ropes a little.
Whoah! Very surprised to see this all over the 'net (It’s about 5:30 am as I’m typing this). I followed the dude with his crazy FB updates/videos, and always looked back fondly at his heyday in the WWF. Never really knew for 100% certain what was entailed with his falling out with Vince, but I’m sure inducting him into the Hall of Fame is a nice little bit of closure, and just due for the Warrior as well as his fans.

I had to Google him.
I never followed wrestling.
Too young to die.
Sad to hear. He used to call us here at T-Nation/Biotest and act a little, well, nutty, to the staff. Still, iconic figure in his heyday, and that physique inspired a lot of people to get into lifting.
Based off the link I gathered that either everyone knew he was close to the end and they brought him back out of respect, or he pissed McMahon off bad enough during his speech that he had him killed. Knowing nothing about wrestling but enough about McMahon, neither would surprise me.
Also, the Warrior and British Bulldog were my favorite as a li’l guy.
He had the best interviews of any wrestler out there.
The Ultimate Warrior will be missed.
Didn’t Randy “Macho Man” Savage die recently also?
One of my favorites growing up. I used to paint my face like him and ruin washcloths trying to get it cleaned off, which made him one of my mom’s least favorites ha

he did in a car crash in 2010 I think. Viscrea/Big Daddy V/Mable is gone too.
He is the reason I wrestle now. My gladiator gimmick pays much tribute to his “warriors of the past” channeling.
Little Warrior forever.

Don’t forget he began as a legit bodybuilder in the early to mid-'80s. Won Mr. Georgia and competed in the Jr USAs.

I read a few reports that he recently signed a 3+ year contract with the WWE, not for in-ring stuff but outside/backstage (possibly commentating or whatever they have older guys doing now).
My cousin and I used to try practicing his gorilla press. An epic move and a legendary personality. Really kinda bummed out about this.

On the cover.

Wow. All the times I’ve seen that book cover over the years and I never realized who it was.

I’m not the only one here who tied off the biceps and did curls until I thought my arms would explode based on his guns, am I?

how tasteless would an FST-7 plug be right now?
because “blood starving”
sorry Warrior!
Yeah, I was genuinely saddened last night when I got the news…definitely a favorite of mine when I was a kid. When figures like Ultimate Warrior pass on it’s like a part of childhood goes with it.
Very sad. He was my favorite wrestler. Much respect Ultimate Warrior, you will be missed.
