Yeah, I tried it when I was in college and added 45 to my max–my training partner added 55.

[Coincidentally?] that was also about the time I started developing shoulder problems :slight_smile:

Hell yeah–I wasted 3 months with that shit–at the end I was about 15 lbs. heavier, but I’m positive it was almost all fat.

Apparently, the only one the shit worked for was Tobjorn Aker-whatever-his-name-was, the diet’s inventor.
