So a little about me
I am 28
195ish pounds don’t usually check scale. I watch my composition.
Been lifting since I was 19. Walked into the gym around 125-135lbs if I remember. A couple years ago I started taking my weight training very seriously. I even lucked out and married a woman who I think is even more dedicated then me.

I don’t compete but she competes in figuare one or two times a year. So I am familiar with eating clean and weighing food portions all that. I usually eat what she eats ( tons of eggs, oatmeal, chicken, chicken, chicken, steak, asparagus, zucchini) x2 (its about 2,500 cals).

Plus I drink 2 protein shakes while i’m working a day. Add in some junk like jimmy johns and some pop tarts for added cals and Im at 4500 cals a day sometimes 5k. 380carbs and 340 protein and 80-95 grams of fat.

I train so much because I love it. I have fun doing it. I also lift with my wife a lot and we have fun. I know overtraining can hinder gains, but my main reason I lift is because I enjoy it.

Since I started test in july:
Started my own business which is becoming semi successful
am more confident
more energy
all around quality of life improved and decided because of that I was just going to stay on. So that being said here is my current cycle I am hoping to start as soon as I get all my stuff

4 weeks prior last 1/2cc deca/1/2cc test cyp great mood no joint pain
from then until now1/2 cc test cyp e5d 150mg just giving my system a little break . joints hurt more without deca. serious lack of motivation with the low test.

so when I dropped the test down 4 weeks ago I started shooting 800eq/week which takes about 8 weeks to “kick in”. (4 weeks till it kicks in from now)
so hopefully today I should get my test and dbol.

I will then take
eq 800/wk
dbol 50mg/day weeks 1-5 or when the test kicks in
test e ???

My last dose of test was 900 cyp with 600 deca. Do I need to continue test at suck a high dose or can I get buy on like 500 mg a week.

More is not always better I have found. I’ve taken a lot of gear with a poor diet and gained little. I have taken a little gear with great diet and gained a lot. So assuming my diet is correct, what is the lowest dosage I can get by with and still make good gains.

test is for my overall well being and strength and not losing any of my gains
eq for size strength and most of all vascularity.

I also run adex because I grew gyno in one of my pecs as a kid and every time I take test I have estro side effects. But just in this place, not the other pec. So especially with an aromatizing agent like dbol it must be taken.

To answer your question, you can run test at trt levels if you wanted. people feel differently on certain amounts of test so I would just go by how you feel. I wouldn’t let it get below 1000ng/dl on blood results either. 500Mg a week will be just fine as well.
