I would like to know if you prefer one brand of non-stick cooking pan over another or are they all the same? Thanks in advance!
I don’t have a preference. A lady at a cooking store told me that the darker the coating the better it is, I do not know if this is true or not. I buy my pans at the local restaurant supply wholesaler. The key to keeping your pans non-stick, is to use soft utensils, and not to wash them. When you are done with them, simply wipe them out with a paper towel. A little oil is also good when cooking.
