10%bf is a good level, and is something you can maintain throughout the year quite easily, You need to blalnce out your diet so as you don’t stall out strength. is your goal a given weight you want to lift ex. 500lbs. or a given bodyweight ratio ex. 2xbw. It might just be easier to hit a bodyweight ratio by losing fat rather then trying to train up to it. if you hit 235lbs at 10%bf then all you need is 470lbs and you will look jacked! i lean towards looking good and being strong at the same time considering it makes the body a more efficient machine. laters pk

The last time I was 250, I was 11.5% according to capiliers…so would be good. As far as going lower…It’s hard for me to maintain, plus, no matter what 500 is a pretty cool number.
