I’m finishing my Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and will be starting a job on 12/1. I’ll be doing chromatography method development for proteins and peptides. I’m looking for a good introduction to proteins book. I’ll need stuff about structures, folding, etc. Any suggestions?
