I am 39 y/o male. I have been on trt and hcg for 3 months now. I have having alot of tingling and numbness in arms and hands. Any ideas to help? Labs posted

Have you eliminated and possible spinal issues?
E2 is a little high which is normally not a problem especially in the presence of high T levels. The question is, are you retaining excess water?
I definitely feel like I’m retaining water. I have put on 20 lbs in 3 months. Could it be nerve compression? I thought abiut trying to get on a otc diuretic to see if it helps.
I’m no doctor but that was my guess. Water retention can compress nerves etc.
