It’s a good thing you started at a lighter dose then. Some symptoms can dissipate to a certain degree with regular dosing. For instance I took 2.5 mg/day for several days until I was no longer getting a stuffed nose and headaches. I’m currently at 5mg every other day, reaping the benefits without any or much symptoms. It’s very likely you won’t need more than 5mg/day if you give it time to accumulate in your body.
Also, you mentioned “the occasional ED”. Is this because you just didn’t feel like it or was the spirit was willing but the flesh was weak sort of ED? The occasional ED is a perfectly normal occurrence.
