Question about Surge for extended workouts

Hi, I ride and race dirtbikes and Surge caught my attention. I usually have 2 types of events that I race. One is several all out/ intense sessions that last 15-20 minutes at a time, then a break and back at it say within half hour.

Second type of race is more spread out over 5-6 hours. During this race i wear a hydration system that allows me to sip on liquids throughout the day. This is a good hard workout throughout those 5+ hours.

My question is would Surge be a good fit to drink between my races in the shorter type races and how about for the longer oneā€™s, mixing it into my hydration bag with water?

I think thatā€™s exactly the type of event for which the product was originally designed!

Your longer races sound like they are like long endurance events. Were I in your shoes, Iā€™d look for endurance specific formulas for your longer events. The closest comparable I can think of would be products designed for cycling hydration.
