Hi, I ride and race dirtbikes and Surge caught my attention. I usually have 2 types of events that I race. One is several all out/ intense sessions that last 15-20 minutes at a time, then a break and back at it say within half hour.
Second type of race is more spread out over 5-6 hours. During this race i wear a hydration system that allows me to sip on liquids throughout the day. This is a good hard workout throughout those 5+ hours.
My question is would Surge be a good fit to drink between my races in the shorter type races and how about for the longer oneās, mixing it into my hydration bag with water?
