I am the same, and just take .25mg when I really feel it at night, usually good for 10-12 days.

It seems to really take effect quickly. Ive run out of pharma adex and only have the ugl stuff that i keep on hand for this very thing. Lucky i drop down to cruise dose now. Ugl adex is a pain.
Iāve noticed that if I take it and I feel great in an hour, Iāve taken too much and headed to 3-4 days of low e2. If I donāt feel good until the next day, Iām probably ok
Yeah I will normally take before bed when the high e2 symptoms normally show. By the next day im golden. On 800mg/w it seems rather hard to bring e2 down too far unless i do something stupid.
I think this makes sense. I generally take a AI on blast. But on cruise dose of 200 test I generally take nothing. I got a good deal on a blend 350. So bought a bunch of it during lockdown out of fear the apocalypse was coming. After I realized it was hype I was stuck with 350 instead of normal 200.
After about 4 months Iāve noticed my sex drive was shit. I was taking the 350 every 2 weeks. So far Iād say massive fail. No sex drive, gym energy is shit & got a bit fatter. Probably need to run a cut cycle & go back on reg trt. But reading this I realize it wasnāt low quality gear it was likely my E2
Iād assume it was the every two weeks pinning protocolā¦ unless I misunderstood.
As above poster said. Probably was the pinning fortnightly that did it. I will pin 2x p/w on cruise and currently on blast i pin eod with test e.
