I bought this bottle of Anavol from GNC last year when i knew nothing about nutrition or supplements and i barely used it and now i just want to use the rest of it because its just sitting around. Basically its creatine in pill form and it says to take 3 capsules twice daily, one in the morning on an empty stomach and again 30 minutes before lunch or your workout. I was wondering if i could up the dosage to get more out of it or if there are better times for me to take this stuff. Thanks.
