No, i can only pull about 405 clean grip with my munchkin paws, the 515s were speed singles.

True story, I’ve only done 6 or 7 meets but I always learn alot about myself in training for them.
I completely missed where you said you changed to alt grip in the original post.

610 squat (national record)
430 bench (national record)
630 deadlift (national record)
1670 total (world record) and highest total put up by any 242lber raw in any fed in 2007.
I won first place 242 open raw and best lifter for the meet out of 60 lifters.

Thanks. Even at this point the little doubts and fears creep in, and just have to supress them. My training went failry well but my streak of bad luck the week before meets hit again. i think my foot may be broken or a ligament stretched or torn. Not sure how but it was ok warming up tuesday. Luckily just push pull for me.
The risk of failure makes the thrill of success much better.

A good day to find out where i am at. The 584 video showed me a technique mistake i will correct and dl was right where i hoped it would be off of training lift of 495x3 with the small plates and fat bar. pulled 622 after doing this with 515 so i have benchmark
Had a great time with Pavel, Ellen, Darren, and other geat folks i met at the meet.

Foot is weird. May go to doc or just press on. Think it is a tendon or ligament. Not painful but i know it is there. May change with 700 on my back!

what a week of work and family crisis du jour. also realized my cycle was off a week so made this week an extra filler week so my peaking weeks are 3 week cycles and the rest of the cycles are 3 weeks and a back off.
yesterday worked skipped due to knee soreness and “issues”. That is coming to an end quickly.

What size plates do you use when you do small plt deads?
I have used 25’s and 35’s…seems to mess with my form a bit tho.
