BP 135x7x2, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5 loose 50F6 on 365x3, add belt and pulled shirt down a bit 405x3x2, pulled shirt down some more and rotated sleeves 405x5x2
groove was nice. Lots left but was doing these almost speed style to work on fast lowering and good pop off bottom and elbow roll.

Got some advice and am going to use loose briefs on work sets to protect hip
squat 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, add very loose denim briefs 365x5, 405x5 hip felt great
fat bar small plate DL clean grip 225x3, 315x3 rib painful with right hand in overhand grip. Tried right hand supinated(not my normal dl grip) and was just uncomfortable 405x5 easy. Don’t have to push it now so didn’t. Almost no discomfort squatting though.

some GHR tonight, 2 week vacation coming up so i should be all healed when i get start back full speed in July. A bit more work this week Thursday and friday

Just wanted to chime and and say looking good Jack always solid w/o’s etc. Have to love that constructive GPP landscaping, etc doing a Large bit myself but hey you kill two birds with one stone and just feels good to “Do it Yourself”

Tonight was mobility in the form of pulling the carpet and tack strip out of the closet in the master Bath.
Looking forward to two weeks of r+r as my rib was bad wednsday morning. It was a bit scary as it was sharp and jagged pain, but now it is amazingly better.
Two weeks to do a system reset and bad juju purge. This has been a crappy two cycles but that is about to change.

out of gas and out of shape. it will come.
Feeling the time off but benefits outweigh drawbacks. i took almost 2 full weeks off from everything. i didn’t plan on working out, taking creatine, didn’t bring any work stuff or my computer while i was on vacation. A great mental and physical break.
Did do mobility and stretching and hip feels pretty good, but i tweaked my ab again throwing a huge suitcase up into car carrier. Actually put three bags in car carrier then was putting it onto top of SUV. Frustrating.
Interesting that first week i actually saw muscles filling out, then second week flattened out a bit. Ate what i felt like and weight stayed the same.
