Last summer hurrah today with my best buddy. We are going to wear our awesome dresses, check out Jean Paul Gauthier’s exhibition at the Museum of fine arts, visit a comtemporary art Galerie
and then end with a martini and light supper…
I’m seriously thinking of wearing me sequin dress with a nice blazer. I need to try it out and see how it looks.

So today’s training… after the crazy good stretch I’ve been having it was bound to happen, a not so stellar day for me. Always hard to tap the animal on a weekend afternoon. I’m good for working out but not hitting that head space needed for a PR.

that’s the plan. I competed at 72kg the last 2 times, I’m not that far off to do it again.
Here are some legs, they are 48 years young and have survived an acl and 10 months ago back surgery, they are coming back nicely, but man it has been hard.
