First day back at work after 2 weeks and DAMN was it busy, but you know you like your job when the thrill is still there. I felt the love from the customers that missed me, closed a couple of good deals and working towards my year’s end in 2 weeks. I will rock this snaps fingers
Almost backed out of today’s workout with my back to work craziness but closed my PC at 5:30 and was in MY squat rack by 6pm. Deal with it right?

Question: Your lifts have gone up. Your BW has gone up. Have your lifts gone up as a % of BW? Honestly, I haven’t found any correlation between what I weigh and what I lift.
