Active Recovery

Just walked around and got some general light activity. The closest thing to a “workout” was brian alsruhe’s pushup challenge, pyramiding from 1-10-1. Totalling 100 pushups.

I’ve also had a little time to come up with a nutritional “plan”. Because I cannot abide by Jon Andersens zero/low-carb recommendations, I will be taking a “Mass Made Simple” approach. On deepwater days I’ll have a PB+J around training, non deepwater days a banana/granola bar, and on conditioning/active recovery days I’ll play it by ear.

Tomorrow is deadlifts!

Shame you can’t give the Deep Water nutrition aspect a run too: it’s really a fantastic deep dive. I’m excited to see how your approach works for you.
