I just make it up. Itās fast in the morning before work and I donāt hate it, so win-win.
@doogie I do the same thing my man. It is more of a full body WO 3 times a week with compound exercises firstā¦total of six exercises. Each day has different exercises. Takes with a warm up about 50 mins.
Iāve tried full-body workouts, but Iām not a fan. Iām sure they are super effective, but I dislike them. It takes me FOREVER to get everything warmed up and stretched to where I feel comfortable. Only having to really warm up and stretch one part of my old ass body is much easier for me.
@doogie I am right there with you on the old assā¦just turned 64. I just like hitting each body part 3 times a week. I need to really change it upā¦that is why I am always reading these emails.
