I’ve been competing in womens bb( middle and heavy weight) also pro powerlifter-- creatine is good for women as well-- even my average clients use it-- CONCRETE (?) spelling is one that i have founf i can use up til week of competition without bloating and side effects- i look harder using it also-- I use based on what suggestive serving is for my weight-- its great for revovery and endurance, hope this helps! good luck!
