Wanna take this out back?

I don’t like the drama either. I know this is just the internet, it’s not that serious. And we’re posting on a site that is essentially trying to sell there product.
But the connections I’ve made, the support I’ve had and everything I’ve learned along the way from others is pretty neat.

I think about moving my log because this place was originally for women who are really really REALLY into strength training. Then again, who cares?

Then again maybe I’d get more feedback and advice regarding my goals. Which right now is to look good nekkid. Sorry, it’s true.

You goal is to look good naked?
GTFO!

I kid. Actually, you can go ahead and GET IN LINE SISTER.

By which I mean stand behind me. Right behind me. No really, Push your boobies into my back.

OH YEAH!

^ mmmmmmm, OH YEEEEAH!!

And btw…why can’t there be a FEMALE BODYBUILDING section?? That would be dope. I know training is supposed to be the same, man or woman, but is it really the same?

It really sort of is. Only all that eat eat eat get massive… THAT doesn’t really apply to female BB. Anyways, I don’t care how much frakking flak I get I am posting in that BB forum I don’t give a fuck. I DO consider myself a body builder. I do. I workout to BUILD the BODY that I want and my first goals are ALL PHYSIQUE related. Do I get pissed when my strength goes down on a calorie deficit? yeah. I do. I’ve even been known to totally go off the deficit and eat for a few weeks to get back on track with my lifts. Ultimately though its how my body will look that drives me and that my coach designs my workouts towards. So I’m a bodybuilder. I’m not a pro and I’m not an amatuer and I dont look how I want to look but I’m a fucking body builder and I’ll post in that forum when I damn well please

haha… Hallowed RANTED!

OH ALSO, Kat Stu’s girlfriend just started a log thread in there I suggest you pull up a seat and start posting!

i wish!! how much do I have to lift to make this happen!?? I’m so done with that fucking bloody bag of hormonic rage!
I hear 500lbs is the magic number where one loses their vagina. Deadlifting it is one way to go; weighing that much is the other.
BAHAHAHA!!! OH MY…This made me laugh, cuz I have told people at the gym if you see a uterus or ovaries roll across the floor can you just kick them back over to me.

Oh fawk you. I’m not supposed to be eating stuff like this anymore.
What are you ladies doing to me?!!!
MAsteve wrote:
HA good job keeping away cluter you two!

My girlfriend is wanting to build her glutes some, she doesn’t lift but is willing to try whatever, the problem is she has serious shoulder issues that mean Deadlift, squat and most upper body work is out!

She was asking me how to impove her glutes while working around this pretty big limitation, all I could think of was ‘hill sprint’ as we have no access to a GHR and I’ve never had much sucsess with hip thrusts.

So any of you lovely ladies suggestions would be great.
cable pull throughs or cable deadlifts…the cable takes out the instability of the weight

I warn people abt my IUD shooting out and wounding someone.

I like creatine. I take 5 grams 45 minutes before my workout. I prefer taking creatine as part of a pre-workout powder like hemorage. I find that the stimulant, NOS, creatine mix gets me psyched and prepped to workout hard. I need that little bit of lighter fluid to get the fire rolling!

I found that if you put your feet high up on the platform and together on the leg press, it hits the glutes and hams nicely.

LOL. That’s quite the mental image.
…And admittedly one of the reasons why I’m balking at getting one of those things. :stuck_out_tongue:

The creatinez will give you the ability to get that extra rep or two on a set once you’ve been on it for awhile (two weeks to a month, depending on how much you take daily). It will also make you hold on to more water generally speaking. The cumulative effect of an extra rep or two on multiple sets adds up to bigger/scronger/faster after awhile than you would be without the creatinez. This assumes you’re not part of the ‘nonresponder’ minority of course.

I’m done paraphrasing my textbook now. Bigger stronger guys than me suggest using it, that’s good enough for me.

And seriously, a cinnamon roll with bacon INSIDE?! happy sigh

oooooo stop balking and GET IT!!

i have the copper one, ParaGard, and it’s the best decision i ever made as far as BC goes.

the ONLY downside is that cramps are a little intense… if i dont take Evening Primrose Oil on a decently regular basis.

otherwise, i’m ALL OVER the good stuff-

-no daily pill to forget

-none of the heart attack, stroke, cancer side effects/risks with the pill

-it’s good for 10 FUCKING YEARS

-it’s more effective than the pill because of #1

and me personally-

i went from having 1-2 periods a year to clockwork. i know thats not the way most women want to go, but i’d rather not buy a box of pregnancy tests each month to find out if my body is just fucking up or if im actually harboring a fetal mass.

my level of PMS crazy went down. way, way down. this also gets better with the evening primrose oil.

i either dropped water or got leaner… couldnt REALLY tell and dont really care

i <3 my IUD.

As a competitive bodybuilder, I give you permission to call yourself a bodybuilder. You just don’t compete. You do however work your ass off in the gym and stick to a diet regimen to create an aesthetic that reflects strength and commitment, so…I officially ordain you as BODYBUILDER!

GO HALL!!!

Maym- I’m interested in this NOS stuff. Probably best to let the whores moaning settle down first, ya?(hormones)

Damn I’m gonna hit it extra hard tonight yayeeee!

gleefull giggles

Alright. I am almost embarrassed to post this here because it seems more of a FA-type question, but does anyone have any constructive advice for reshaping my arse? I have been cutting since the start of August and am pretty pleased with the progress I’ve made thus far, except my arse.

I took a naked video of myself just to see what I look like and honestly, it looks as though it belongs to someone else. It’s like two squashy marshmallows. (And no, you can’t see the video - I deleted it). It’s not like I don’t do glute work, either, but clearly it needs something.
For the record, I’ve never had a nice arse, so it’s not like something I’ve lost over time.

I know you do a lot of glute activation stuff but maybe if you focused on weights specifically involving the glutes, with more frequency.

(bb hip thrusts, single leg DLs,step ups, stationary lunges, bulgarians etc,)

Did you see the “I want a bigger butt” thread started by jesskelly here in PW.

Probablyy not you’re typical choice of thread read… check it out!

Lik MILFKINS said you’re going to want to focus on exercises that hit that muscle HARD.

Specifically I would be looking for soreness after every lower body workour.

It can be challenging to achieve real posterior chain soreness when you’re an experienced lifter.

Do you do cardio as part of your recomp?
If so make STAIRS your cardio of choice. In the commercial gym this means the moving staircase stairmill not the stairstepper
