I’ve read numerous views on PWO timing. Some say you need to slam a shake as soon as you finish you last rep, some say that this immediate timing isn’t as important.
I like to do about 25-30 minutes of LI cardio after my weight sessions. My shake consists of about 50 grams of protein, 40 grams of dextrose, and 10 grams of leucine.
Will that half hour wait before drinking my shake affect me negatively at all?
